Our students achieve strong results in the Global Chinese Recitation Competition

At the ninth Global Chinese Recitation Competition, which has just concluded, eight contestants won awards in the grand final. They were entered by the Swedish Association for Chinese Mother-Tongue Education together with Xingzhi School.

The Global Chinese Recitation Competition is organised by the China Overseas Chinese Language Education Foundation. This year's competition opened in January, with 158 Chinese schools and educational organisations across 46 countries and regions acting as co-hosts. Around 54,000 contestants registered, and 3,273 of them advanced to the global final.

The Swedish Association for Chinese Mother-Tongue Education and Xingzhi School hosted the Swedish leg for the second time, and were given the organising committee's Outstanding Organiser award.
